Upvotebell — Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

By installing or using Upvotebell ("Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. The Service

Upvotebell helps you collect customer feedback, run a voting portal, and publish a roadmap inside monday.com using data from your monday.com account. You retain ownership of all content you create, and you are responsible for the ideas you publish and the audiences you share your portal with.

2. Public portal & moderation

The Service lets visitors submit ideas and comments to a public portal you control. You are responsible for moderating that content. Upvotebell provides pre-publish moderation tools, but you decide what becomes publicly visible. Only use the portal on main (public) boards you intend to expose externally.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through monday.com using their seat-based marketplace billing. Plan features are described in the app's settings. Refunds, plan changes, and cancellations are handled through your monday.com admin console.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the trailing 12 months.

6. Data

Your privacy and data rights are described in our Privacy Policy. We delete data within 10 days of uninstall.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice via email or the app interface. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
