2. Use of Our Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the services
  • Use our services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the plan terms or required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit through our services ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating our services.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the User Content you submit.

6. Financial Document Processing

When using our Financial Importer app, you may upload financial documents for automated processing. You acknowledge that:

  • Document content is sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI) for text extraction
  • Documents are processed in memory and not stored after extraction
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-extracted data — always review imported transactions before relying on them
  • You have the right to upload and process any documents you submit

7. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software used in our services
  • Use our services to send unsolicited marketing materials
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Access or use our services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability
