By using MiCastillo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

MiCastillo is a community marketplace for neighbors in El Castillo, Jamundí (Valle del Cauca, Colombia). You can browse listings, publish items, and chat about a listing.

Your responsibilities

Publish truthful information, treat neighbors with respect, and do not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or offensive activity. Do not list items whose sale is prohibited under Colombian law.

Deals between neighbors

Transactions you agree with other people are solely between you and them. MiCastillo does not process payments, inspect items, or guarantee any deal. Meet in a public place in the neighborhood and inspect the item before paying.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVLOGGIC S.A.S. is not liable for damages arising from use of the app or from transactions between users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the latest update.
